  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, ground flaxseed, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted coconut oil, almond milk, and apple cider vinegar.

  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined into a thick batter.

  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  7. Remove from the oven and allow the bread to cool completely before slicing and serving.
